In this episode, Catherine Perry and I take off our coach/therapist hats and just get down to a super down-to-earth chat about break-ups and heart-break. Cat and I went through our break-ups at similar times earlier this year and exchanged voicenote after voicenote: the good, the bad and the ugly, the tears, the rage, the highs and lows and the healing. We decided to put all that wisdom into a podcast. This is for anyone who has or is going through a break-up OR for girls just wanting to sit in on epic girl-chats.
